ProcedureEdit

  1. To apply for the visa you will need to visit an Israeli Mission and present all required documents:
    1. Travel document that is valid for at least six months beyond the period of stay in Israel
    2. A photocopy of the applicant's travel document
    3. Proof that the applicant has sufficient funds he/she can use during his/her visit in Israel
    4. Order for round trip airline tickets to and from Israel
  2. Applicants must also complete and sign an application for a visa to enter Israel. You may use the link provided under 'Documents to Use' section to download the form.
  3. Attach two passport pictures to your application.
  4. Submit complete application and all required documents.
  5. Pay the application fee.


Notes:

  • Applicants may be requested to present additional documents.
  • Since the fee is collected for handling the application, it will not be refunded to the applicant if the visa is not issued for any reason.

ValidityEdit

A B/2 visa is valid for up to three (3) months from the date it was issued.

The duration of the stay in Israel will be determined by the Border Police.

Holders of Visitor's Visa who wishes to extend their visit may submit an application at one of the regional population administration offices of the Ministry of the Interior.

Need for the DocumentEdit

A B/2 Visitor's Visa is granted to someone who wishes to stay in Israel for only a short time (for a visit, tourism, a business meeting or study in a Hebrew ulpan). A person who enters Israel on a B/2 visa is not allowed to work in the State of Israel.
