Eligibility

Post office boxes may be rented by the following:

• Hong Kong residents of the age of 18 or over
• Locally registered businesses or organisations

Validity

PO Boxes are rented on annual basis and the initial minimum period of rental is twelve months with effect from the day on which the box is supplied and this is renewable at the discretion of Postmaster General.

You may apply for the procedure in person by going the any post office or you may also send your application by post.

Note: Post Office Box allocation is on first-come-first-served basis.
