1. The request for registration of Trademark in Haiti, should be done through the Investment Facilitation Center. Contacts and Office locations are provided under the Office Location & Contacts section of this page.
2. Please make sure you have all the information that are listed down on the section Required Information and all the documents that are listed under Required Documents section of this page.

This procedure provides you information about how to register a Trademark in Haiti. The registration of a business in Haiti, it is domestic or foreign, ask any natural or legal person to complete a series of administrative formalities defined by the Ministry of Trade and Industry Haiti. Registration procedures are executed by the said Ministry in consultation with the Investment Facilitation Center.
