  1. To Get Permit or License for Transport of Bald and Golden Eagle from and to the United States for Indian Religious Purposes, the applicant has to approach the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) and the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act (BGEPA).   3. The applicant has to fill-in all the details in the form.
  4. Applicant should make sure to attach all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
  5. Mail the application with the required document to appropriate office.
  6. Mailing address is mentioned in “Office Locations & Contacts” of this page.
  7. There is no fee required for this procedure.
  8. The Processing time of this procedure may vary from 60 to 90 days.
  9. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Division of Migratory Bird Management will issue the certificate and notice the applicant via mail.

  1. Download and save the electronic form (Section E) to the device Link
  2. Fill out the form and save it (upload as an attachment as per step 14).
  3. Start Application Online.
  4. The applicant can apply online through the following Link
  5. If the applicant is an existing user, they can login directly using their “Email” and “Password”.
  6. If the applicant is a new user, they have to register first by clicking on the “Create an account” option.
  7. An applicant has to provide their own email address when they create an account.
  8. While registering, applicant has to provide all necessary information in the application form and finally click on “Submit” button.
  9. Once the registration is successful, the applicant can login with their “Email” and “Password”.
  10. After logging in, the applicant has to choose the service necessary for them.
  11. The Applicant must provide all information necessary for the application procedure online.
