Apply In Person

  1. To Apply for Liquor Licence (Class B), the applicant has to approach the Gaming, Liquor, and Cannabis– link
  2. The applicant has to collect the application package from the office. Or it can be downloaded from the following link - link
  3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
  4. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  6. Submit all the essential documents along with the completed application form to the office.
  7. The fee details for this procedure are mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
  8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  9. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
  10. The office Inspector will contact the applicant to review the application and conduct an initial inspection if necessary.
  11. If the application meets preliminary requirements, it will be posted on the website for 7 days. During this period, objections to the application may be submitted to the Board.
  12. Once the verification process gets done, the applicant gets a notification through SMS or call.
  13. The applicant has to visit the office to get the license.
  14. The processing time for this procedure takes up to 15 – 30 days.
