Procedure

Apply In-Prson

1. To apply for Hostel License in Chhattisgarh, the applicant has to visit the official website of Chhattisgarh municipal corporation.
2. Use the following link to apply for Hostel License : Apply online
3. Select the "License service" option in the homepage.
4. Fill up the Trade license application form correctly without any mistakes.
5. Submit the application form along with the required documents.
6. Pay the required amount of fees as per the instruction.
7. After successful payment, you will receive the provisional certificate instantly.
8. Once the process is completed, you will be notified via SMS.
9. You can download the license from the official web portal.

Apply through Centres:

1. To Obtain Hostel License or Permit, the applicant shall visit the nearest CSC/Tehsil Centre. Find contacts to CSC centres in the link provided:Link
2. Procure the application form from the concerned centre and fill it up with the necessary details required for the process.
3. Make sure to attach all the "Required Documents" along with the application form before submission.
4. Provide authorized signatory and photograph, wherever applicable.
5. Now submit the application to the office of the concerned centre.
6. On successful verification, the applicant will be notified by the CSC centre.
