Apply In-Person:
- To apply for Pesticide Service Registration in person, the applicant has to visit the nearest Agriculture and Resource Development centre.

- Visit the office and obtain an application form for Pesticides Applicator’s License from the relevant department. Or click here to download Application form
- The applicant can fill the application form online as well as offline. Make sure that all the documents in the “Required Documents” section of this page are available.
- Complete the application as per convenience, attest it with signature and attach the required documents with the application form.
- Then, submit the application package to the relevant authority at the office. The applicant should pay 100 dollars as fees through Cheque or Money Order only.
- Upon receipt of the application and all the required information, the Department will proceed to review and assess the submitted information.
- On completion of the review, the office will inform the applicant through phone number or email to collect the Registration Certificate.
Apply through mail
- To apply for Pesticide Service Registration through mail, the applicant has to send an application to the mail address of the Manitoba Agriculture and Resource Development office.
- Mailing Address of the office is as follows: Manitoba Agriculture and Resource Development, Pesticide Licensing, P.O. Box 1149, Carman, MB R0G 0J0.
- First, download the application form for Pesticides Retail Dealer Registration from the following Application form
- The applicant can fill the application form online as well as offline. Make sure that all the documents in the “Required Documents” section of this page are available.
- Complete the application as per convenience, attest it with signature. Make scanned copies of the application and other documents.
- Then, send the application package to the above mentioned mail address. The applicant should pay 100 dollars as fees through Cheque or Money Order only.
- Upon receipt of the application and all the required information, the Department will proceed to review and assess the submitted information.
- On completion of the review, the office will inform the applicant through phone number or email to collect the Registration Certificate.

- The applicant must have completed a new Pesticide Course in Assiniboine Community College.
