ProcedureEdit

A land Valuation certificate will help in working out its fair and reasonable current market value.

Apply In-Person:

  1. To get land valuation certificate applicant shall approach tahsildar / naib tahsildar office in whose jurisdiction the land is situated.
  2. Link for contact details: online link please select “About Chhattisgarh” menu option and click “The district” sub option to get the next page with list of district. Here select the link against respective district name to reach the respective district portal in new page and click “DIRECTORY > PUBLIC UTILITIES > Municipality / Nagar Panchayat” OR “ABOUT DISTRICT > ADMINISTRATIVE SETUP > Subdivision & …” menu option to get the page for respective contact details AND contact link
  3. Go to the respective office. Consult with the designated authority about the applying procedure for this certificate.
  4. Applicant shall provide their land details like survey number, Land Revenue Receipt, Land documents / Land deed etc.., to the concerned authority to verify their land record register/ledger.
  5. Collect the application form or write on a plain A4 sheet as advised.
  6. Complete the application form. Attach the entire required document as per our “Required Documents” section and submit it to the designated receiving authority.
  7. After receiving the application, authorities will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place the application will be accepted with applicable fees (if required) as appropriate.
  8. Authorities will make entries about this application in the manual record or electronically using computer.
  9. Acknowledgement receipt will be given against every form received. So, collect it and please keep it safe for future reference.
  10. Applicant will be informed of the probable date of collecting the certificate.
  11. This application will be processed internally.
  12. After processing, the certificate will be created. Once the certificate is sealed and signed, it will be dispatched or handed over directly as per the request made while applying.
Note:The valuation for a land can be obtained instantly but to get a certificate being signed by the nodal authority will take time.


Apply Online:

  1. To Apply for Land Valuation Certificate, the applicant shall visit the following webpage: Link.
  2. The applicant needs to login through the user credentials.
  3. The applicant shall fill up the application form with all the necessary details on a newly opened page and complete the given application form.
  4. Now the applicant shall upload scanned copies of all the "Required Documents" for the certificate.
  5. Once the documents are uploaded, provide the mobile number and enter the received OTP.
  6. Now click on "Submit" and complete the process.
  7. On successful verification, the land valuation certificate will be authorised by the authority.
  8. The applicant may also track the status of the application by clicking on the appropriate option on the portal.



Apply through Centres:

  1. To Apply for Land Valuation Certificate in Chhattisgarh, the applicant shall visit the nearest CSC/Tehsil Centre. Find contacts to CSC centres in the link provided:Link
  2. Procure the application form from the concerned centre and fill it up with the necessary details required for the process.
  3. Make sure to attach all the "Required Documents" along with the application form before submission.
  4. Provide authorized signatory and photograph, wherever applicable.
  5. Now submit the application to the office of the concerned centre.
  6. On successful verification, the applicant will be notified by the CSC centre.
