Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for Pesticide Service Registration in person, the applicant has to visit the Regulatory Approvals Centre.
  2. Address of the Regulatory Approvals Centre can be found in the following Contact link
  3. Visit the office and obtain an application form for Pesticides Service Registration from the relevant department. Or click here to download: Application form
  4. The applicant can fill the application form online as well as offline. Make sure that all the documents in the “Required Documents” section of this page are available.
  5. Complete the application as per convenience, attest it with signature and attach the required documents with the application form.
  6. Then, submit the application package to the relevant authority at the office. Fees details can be obtained from the office and paid through any of the available payment modes.
  7. Upon receipt of the application and all the required information, the Department will proceed to review and assess the submitted information.
  8. Within six weeks, on completion of the review, the office will inform the applicant through phone number or email to collect the Registration Certificate.


Apply through email

  1. To apply for Pesticide Service Registration through email, the applicant has to send an application to the email address of the Regulatory Approvals Centre.

  1. To apply for Pesticide Service Registration through fax, the applicant has to forward an application to the fax number of the Regulatory Approvals Centre.

  3. First, download the application form for Pesticides Service Registration from the following Application form
  4. The applicant can fill the application form online as well as offline. Make sure that all the documents in the “Required Documents” section of this page are available.

  6. Then, send the application and required documents to the above mentioned fax number. Fees details can be obtained from the office and paid through any of the available payment modes.
