Procedure

1. To obtain a license to operate a travel agency, applicants will need to go to the licensing office (Direction du Guichet Unique) located on Cocody Vallon Rue des jardins.
2. Collect an application form from the licensing desk.
3. Submit the completed form together with these following documents:
   1. Copy of professional accreditation issued by the Ministry of Tourism
   2. List of staff specifying positions and job description; qualification and nationality
   3. Office management plan (with description of spaces; moveable; material)
   4. Location plan (accurate indication of places)
   5. Title of the property or lease contract
   6. Trade registration

4. Pay the application fee.
5. It will take about 30 days for your application to obtain the license is processed.
