Procedure

1. To obtain a license to operate a hotel, applicants will need to go to the licensing office (Direction du Guichet Unique) located on Cocody Vallon Rue des jardins.
2. Collect an application form from the licensing desk.
3. Submit the completed form together with these following documents:
   1. Copy of approval issued by the Ministry of Tourism
   2. List of staff specifying positions and job description; qualification and nationality
   3. Criminal record
   4. Certificate of residence
   5. Certificate of Life and Morality
   6. Situation map of the business
   7. Business registration
   8. Liquor license (if the hotel has a restaurant or bar)
   9. Safety Certificate
   10. A record of visit to the ONPC
   11. Proof that the hotel's manager finished a course in hotel manager
   12. A curriculum vitae of the manager
   13. Certificate mentioning that the manager's professional experience (2 years at least)
   14. Detailed description of services provided by the business
4. Pay the application fee.
5. It will take about 30 days for your application to obtain the license is processed.
