Procedure

1. If your driver license is lost, stolen or damaged, you have to report to the police for the same and you have to get a police report.
2. You can approach any of the nearest address locations provided under the section "Office Locations and Contacts" to apply for replacement driver license.
3. Make sure you have the documents that are listed under "Required Documents" section of this page.

• Police report from the OIJ or Guardia Rural.
• Residency cedula, passport or other documentation that displays your photo and the identification number associated with your drivers license.
