When companies apply for import licenses required to submit:

  • with company letter head paper to print and affix the seal of the application report (including regional, trade names, the amount of goods, etc.);
  • the seal of the enterprise "import license application form" a; Import Application Form .doc
  • the import contract (copy) a;
  • foreign trade operators Registration (copy);
  • is the principal-agent import and submit import agency agreement (the original);
  • valid proof of licensing officers (letter of recommendation) and valid documents (identity card or work permit).

China's central bank is entitled to impose restrictive examinations on gold and gold production, according to a guideline issued.

In accordance with macro control, the People's Bank of China (PBOC) demands that all the gold and gold production listed in the guideline has a certificate issued by the PBOC or its branches for customs clearance.

Need for the DocumentEdit

Once a company has obtained foreign trade registration, it also needs to obtain an individual import / export licence for each consignment of goods it wishes to import into China. How this licence is acquired depends on the category of goods being imported or exported.

Chinese wholesale gold demand is at least 1541 metric tonnes year to date (inc. week 42 until October 17). Shanghai Gold Exchange (SGE) withdrawals, as disclosed by the Chinese SGE reports, were 52 tonnes in week 42 and according to estimates China has approximately net imported 991 tonnes year to date.
