Procedure

1. Gather all the required documents for your license application and visit the Chamber of Commerce office.
2. In the office go to the Licensing service section and present your application documents for confirmation.
3. The official in-charge will verify all the documents and advice you on the next step to take, he or she will issue you with an inspection application form for your business premises.
4. Fill in the form and pay the application fees and the inspection fees.
5. Then your application will be processed and you will be issued with you licence;

• Commercial Establishment Application Form
• Business Statute and amendments
• Accountant's Liability Term
• Declaration of Finance proving the fiscal situation or model 110 in the case of a newly created company
• Identification document for managers, limited liability partners and traders on behalf
• Certificate of education or equivalent document
• Certificate of Criminal Record of the managing partners (registry office)
• Two Photos
• Residence card or visa type if the manager is a foreigner
• Declaration by the applicant that he is civilly capable and that he is not inhibited from engaging in trade

• CVE 60,000 (Establishment with an area equal to or greater than 1000 m2)
• CVE 20,000 (Exercise of activity)

Instructions

• Then obtain the importer / wholesaler license from the Chamber of Commerce. The process for granting the license is also rapid (24 hours) provided that all the required documents (attached) comply (Membership, company and goods stock space documents).
