Procedure

1. Go to the Ministry of Public Works and Transport office.
2. Fill out an application form.
3. Submit the application form along with the required documents.
4. Pay the fees.

• current Cambodian driver license
• Current Address Certificate
• 3 photos in the passport size
• valid proof of identity
• medical certificate (if a driver is over 65 years old)

Instructions

The driving license holders must apply for the renewal of the validation before the expiry date of the driving license. Failure to apply for the renewal of the validation will be fined as set by the law.
