- You may apply for a Alcoholic Beverage / Liquor License at the One Stop Licensing Center located at N. Marine Drive (full address given below).
- You will need to complete an application and submit it the licensing officer. Note: A link is provided under "Documents to Use" section which you can use to download the form. You can complete the form and print it after. You may be asked to complete a new one when you go to the Licensing Center but since you already have a idea what the form looks like and the information you will need to provide this will save you some time during application.
- Pay the applicable fee.

EligibilityEdit
- Individuals applying for an Alcoholic Beverage Control license must have resided in Guam for at least one year at the time of application.
- If the applicant is a partnership, then each partner must satisfy the same requirement.
- If the applicant is a corporation, the majority of the members of the Board of Directors must meet this requirement.

Classes and kinds of licenses at the following fees:
- Class 1. Manufacturers license: $ 100.00 per year
- Class 2. Agents license: $ 250.00 per year
- Class 3. Wholesale dealers license: $1,000.00 per year
- Class 4. Retail dealers on-sale license:
- Beer: $ 300.00 per year
- General: $1,000.00 per year
- Wine: $ 300.00 per year
- Manager/Assistant Manager: $ 60.00 per 3 years
- Alcohol Employee: $ 60.00 per 3 years
- Class 5. Retail dealers off-sale license:
- Beer: $ 200.00 per year
- General: $1,000.00 per year
- Alcohol Employee: $ 60.00 per 3 years
- Class 6. Special Alcoholic license: $ 25.00 per year
- Alcohol Employee: $ 60.00 per 3 years
- Class 7. Temporary beer license: $ 20.00 per day
- not to exceed $ 100.00 per event
- Alcohol Employee: $ 60.00 per 3 years
- Class 8. Public warehousemens license: $ 50.00 per year
- Class 9. Club license: $ 500.00 per year
- Alcohol Employee: $ 60.00 per 3 years
- Class 10. Temporary general license: $ 50.00 per day
- not to exceed $ 100.00 per event
- Alcohol Employee: $ 60.00 per 3 years
- Class 11. Microbrewery-pub restaurant
- license $1,000.00 per year
- Alcohol Employee: $ 60.00 per 3 years
- Class 12. Mobile License:
- (a) Limousine Service per vehicle $ 750.00 per year
- (b) Charter Vehicle (Vans) per vehicle Up to ten passengers $ 500.00 per year
- (c) Charter Vehicle (Vans) - per vehicle More than ten passengers $ 750.00 per year
- (d) Buses - per vehicle $1,000.00 per year
- (e) Alcohol Employee $ 60.00 per 3 years
- Class 13. Alcohol Server/Seller training program: $ 200.00 per year
