1. Go to a Police Office (Traffic Department) in Greece.
2. Present and submit required documents.
3. Pay the fee.

• Authorization (from previous owner)

• Moped Transfer Fee: 15 Euros
• Police stamp Euro 3 (for many years is Unexamined license)
• M.T.S. Euro 3 (for many years is Unexamined license)
