ProcedureEdit

  1. Complete the Gibraltar Passport Application Form, a link is provided under "Documents to Use" section which you can use to download the form.
  2. Bring or send the completed form to the Nationality and Passport section of the Civil Status and Registration Office, Joshua Hassan House, 3 Secretarys Lane, Gibraltar, with your current passport the prescribed fee, two photographs and other required documents at least 10 working days before the passport is actually required.
  3. You may be allowed to retain your current passport whilst the application is being processed, but it must be presented for cancellation on collection of the new passport.
