Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Renew Postal or Courier Service Provider License, the applicant has to approach the Ghana Postal and Courier Services Regulatory Commission in Ghana Contact link
2. The Postal or Courier Service Provider License renew application form must be obtained from the authorities in the PCSRC office.
3. The license must be renewed at least 28 days before the license expiry date.
4. Before applying for the renewal, the applicant must have cleared all the convicted fines.
5. Make sure that the applicant has all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
7. The application form should be filled with the necessary details, and then the applicant should submit it to the CSO – Customer Service Officer.
8. The CSO will update the applicant’s application details in the system.
9. After that, the applicants have to pay the application fee.
10. After verifying the application form, the applicant will be provided with the license.
11. The processing time will be intimated by the authorities in the PCSRC office.
12. With the fee receipt, the license card must be printed in the Printing office.

Fees

• Non –refundable license application fee of GH 150.

Validity

• The licenses are valid for a limited period of 5 years and are renewable on yearly basis.
