Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Renew for Corporate Trustees License in Ghana, the applicant has to approach the National Pensions Regulatory Authority office in Ghana.
2. Address and contact details can be found in the following contact link
3. Then, the applicants can get their application form.
4. Applicant has to enter all information in the application form.
5. All Sections of this Form should be filled accurately and boldly in CAPITAL letters.
6. This Application should be accompanied by a cover letter on the company letter head.
7. All statutory documents required to be attached as copies to this Application must be duly certified and initialled by the two (2) signatories to this application e.g. Tax Clearance Certificate, SSNIT Clearance etc.
8. SSNIT Clearance Certificate is valid if obtained within the one (1) month prior to submission of the application.
9. Tax Clearance Certificate is valid if obtained within the one (1) month prior to submission of the application.
10. Applicant must make sure to carry all necessary documents that are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page. (Both photocopies and originals)
11. The Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
12. If all the above mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the application form will be viewed by concerned authorities and the applicant will be notified regarding their License.
13. This application will be processed and information will be verified by the NPRA.
14. If the verification is successful, notification will be sent to the applicant.
15. After the notified period applicant gets certificate as per applicable delivery norms.
16. The process will takes a minimum of 15 days.
