- Step 2 : Click on the following link to apply online: Apply Online
- Step 3 : In the given page, please select “Click here for Registration” option which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image at the bottom of the page.

- Step 4 : Complete the registration by filling in the data as applicable and click on the “SUBMIT” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 5 : Now you will get a pop up click on the “OK” button which is highlighted in “green” in the below image.

- Step 6 : Now enter the OTP as appropriate and click “VALIDATE” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to register.

- Step 7 : Now in the earlier page use the “Click here for Login” option which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image at the bottom of the page.

- Step 8 : In the given page please select “LOGIN” button which is pointed out by a “Red” arrow in the below image to get login pop up.

- Step 9 : Please enter the login credentials at prompted space as applicable. Enter the captcha at the prompted space and click “LOG IN” button to login which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 10 : After successful login as user, Click on “Apply for services” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image and then click on the “View all available services” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

- Step 11 : Click on “Request Form for No Entry Permission” link which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 12 : Fill up your application form with required information, attach the required documents and submit the form using the “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 13 : After successful submission of application, the user will receive confirmation SMS on their mobile number which they provided while applying.
- Step 14 : After scrutiny of received application the issuing authority will take decision on it.
- Step 15 : If the applicant fulfils all required conditions then the certificate will be delivered to the given email address of the applicant while applying.

- Rejection or grant of permission is entirely department’s decision.
- No application shall be accepted if it is signed by someone else on behalf of applicant.
