Apply In-Person:
- Application form for Rental Box PO Box Address is available in Postal and Courier Services Regulatory Commission in Ghana link
- The Postal or Courier Service Provider License application form must be obtained from the authorities in the PCSRC office.
- Applicant has to enter all the information in the application form.
- Make sure that applicant has all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
- The application form should be filled with necessary details, and then the applicant should submit it to the CSO – Customer Service Officer.
- The CSO will update the applicant’s application details in the system.
- After that, the applicants have to pay the application fee.
- After verifying the application form, the applicant will be provided with the rented Box Number.
- The processing time for this procedure is immediately.

- Two passport sized photographs which clear facial view,
- Recommendation letter or LC letter and a photocopy of a recognized valid ID.
For Non-Individuals

- For the directors or owners
- Two passports sized photographs which clear facial view,
- Certificate of incorporation or business/company/organization registration,
- Recommendation letter or LC letter and a photocopy of a recognized valid ID.

- A small box is rented at GHS. 35,100/- and a big box is rented at GHS.49, 800/- per year.

- A rental box number which is also known as a Mailing Box, Letter Box, Private Bag and many others names in Ghana allows the owner or the renter to receive his or her correspondences, letters or parcels, mails and others including luggage, products and items for example when one purchases an item from an online market like Amazon and would want it delivered to him through. This service is provided by Post Ghana which was formerly known as Ghana Post and Telecommunication Cooperation before it was privatized and renamed the current name.
