Apply In-Person:
- To Apply for Tailors and Dressmakers License in Ghana, the applicant must go to the Ada East District Assembly (AEDA) office contact link
- Applicants should obtain the required application form from the Ada East District Assembly Office.
- Applicant must be filled all the information in the application form.
- Applicant must make sure to carry all necessary documents that are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
- A fee for this procedure is has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
- Now, complete the application form with appropriate information under relevant sections. Attest it with the applicant signature once completed.
- Once completed filling the application form, submit it in person to the relevant authority at the office.
- Pay the necessary application fees and licensing fees for obtaining a Tailors and Dressmakers License.
- After submission, the application and other documents will be forwarded for examination and verification processes.
- Once the verification and validation processes are over, the application will be approved and the officials will proceed to take required steps to issue the license.
- When the license is ready to be collected, the applicant will receive a formal notification from the office and the applicant can collect it by any applicable means.
- The processing time for this procedure takes 3 weeks.
