Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for objection license or permit in person, the applicant ha to approach the Ghana Land Commission office.
2. The address of every office available in the state contact link
3. Visit the office and obtain an application form for Land Lease from the relevant department.
4. Make sure that you have all the required documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Please refer to the fees details “Fees” section of this page.
6. Complete the application form as required with the necessary information and attest with your signature.
7. Then, attach the documents required with the completed form and proceed to submit it to the Managing Director at the Office for further verification and application processing.
8. Also pay the required fees for the application process at the office as directed by the officials.
9. After submission, the application and accompanying documents are subsequently reviewed and verified.
10. On completion of all the processes, the applicant will be contacted by phone or email to collect the license.
11. The processing time for this procedure is 1 month.

• A copy of valid photo id of the applicant
• An approved site plan (for applicants for certified plotted documents)
• A police extract (for applicants for certified plotted documents)
