Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Industrial License in person, the applicant has to contact the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
2. Address and contact details can be found in the following Contact link.
3. Applicant must obtain the application form from the relevant department.
4. Applicant has to enter all the information in the application.
5. The applicant has to make sure he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
6. Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
7. Submit the completed form in two copies along with the supporting documents (listed below) to the MOTI office.
8. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
9. Proceed to make the required application and licensing payments as per the advice of the authorities.
10. After verification process, the applicant will be later requested to collect the new industrial license on a specified date.
11. The processing time is between three to five days. This time may vary depending on the availability and correctness of the information provided.

• Articles of association, in case the application is an Existing company.

Eligibility

• Businesses which want to start a new project, expand a project, merge or divide the project, rename a project, relocate a project or modify a projects licensee's name are eligible to make the application for the industrial license.

Fees

• Pay as per the advice of the officials.

• The validity is one year.
