Procedure

How to Apply:

1. Visit the Directorate General for Documentation and Immigration (DGDI) office near you and express your interest at the service desk.
2. Application form can be obtained from the DGDI office, or download it via the Emi-immigration website portal or click the link below to download,(Application form)
3. Submit the completed duly filed application form along with the supporting documents (listed under “Required Document” section) for verification and processing to the attending official at the DGDI.
4. Pay the required application fees.
5. If the authorized official is satisfied that all the documents are in order, the Information obtained from the application form will be entered into the DGDI data system.
6. You will then be notified of the outcome and be issued with the output permission permit, if approved.

• Photocopy of the residence permit
• Photocopy of passport
• 2 recent color photos
• For permanent authorization for exit-return, attach a correspondence addressed to the DGDI, the company circuit sheet or the license (For businessmen)

• 45,000 CFA francs for the single outing
• 60,000 Frs. CFA for the return trip
• 130,000 Frs. CFA for the permanent
