Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. For Registration of Prospectus or Offer Document in Fiji, the applicant has to visit the Reserve Bank of Fiji contact link
2. Applicant must get the application form from the office and fill it with the required information.
3. Applicant should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all the documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
4. Documents that are needed to be attached with the form are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant should attach all the documents along with the application form before submitting them at the office.
6. The Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
7. The applicant will be informed via SMS or E-mail regarding the availability of the document. After receiving the notification, the applicant can visit the office to get their document.
8. If there is no information regarding the document being provided by the concerned authorities, then the applicant can visit the office to know the status of the application.

• Any individual or business owners who are willing to get a Prospectus or Offer Document are eligible for this procedure.

Fees

• The fee for this procedure will be provided by the concerned authorities.

Validity

• If any length is mentioned in registered prospectus or registered offer document is valid for the period mentioned in it.
• But, if there is no length mentioned by the Reserve Bank, then, the Registered Prospectus or Registered Offer Document is valid for a period of 12 months.
