Procedure

Apply Online:

1. The Tax Compliance Certificate is issued by the Chief Executive Officer of the Fiji Revenue & Customs Service. Contacts
2. The application must be made online on the Fiji Revenue & Customs Service Online Portal
3. On the webpage, you must login using the User ID and Password.
4. On the webpage, you must select “Requests” option.
5. In the Requests page, you have to select “Certificates” option.
6. Then, from the options, you must select “Request for Tax Compliance Certificate”.
7. It will take you to the application page, in that you have to give reason for obtaining the Tax Compliance Certificate.
8. Based on the reason, additional fields will be displayed. All the fields must be filled with necessary details.
9. Further, you have to give your TIN details and Designation Details.
10. Then you have to select the “Declaration” check-box to move further in the application process.
11. The screen will give warning sign, if the applicant or the related parties is non-complaint. If not, you have submit the application by selecting the “Submit” option.
12. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
13. After submitting, the application will be verified by the approval officer.
14. The approval or the rejection of the application will be intimated through the applicant’s mail ID.
15. If the application is approved, the applicant/Tax payer will be issued the certificate via email. The applicant can download the Tax Compliance Certificate.
16. If the application gets rejected, you will issued with the Rejection letter.
