Apply In-Person:
- The applicant must get the National Provident Fund Card at the Fiji’s National Provident Fund office. Contacts
- The application form must be obtained from the authorities in the office.
- Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The application form must be filled with the necessary details.
- The filled application form must be submitted along with the required documents.
- After submitting the application form, you will be provided with the reference number.
- Then you have to give the reference number, then the Fiji National Provident Fund officer will take your photo and thumb prints.
- Finally, the Fiji National Provident Fund Card will then be issued to the applicant.
- The National Provident Fund Card will be issued immediately after submitting the application form.
