Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Obtain Duplicate PSV Permit (stolen), the applicant must visit the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Fiji. Contacts Link
2. The application form must be obtained from the authorities in the LTA office.
3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section.
4. The application form should be filled with necessary details and along with the required documents it should be submitted to the CSO – Customer Service Officer.
5. The CSO and the Team Leader in the LTA office will verify the application form.
6. It will be forwarded to the RM for approval process.
7. The RM will finally approve the application form. If the RM approves, the PSV officer will give clearance for fee payment.
8. The applicant must pay the fee for duplicate permit, which is $4.00.
9. After paying the fees, the duplicate permit card will be printed and issued to the applicant.
10. The processing time for this procedure will be intimated by the authorities in the Fiji LTA office.

Eligibility

• If the PSV permit is stolen, then the applicant is eligible to apply for the duplicate permit PSV permit (stolen).

Fees

• The duplicate permit fee - $4.00.

• The validity of the duplicate permit will be mentioned in the permit issued to the applicant.
