Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Renew CPD Provider License, the applicant has to approach contact link
2. Applicant has to get the form from the respective officer.
3. Applicant has to fill-in all the necessary details in the application form.
4. Make sure that the applicant has to attach the documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant has to attach the photocopies along with the application form.
6. Submit the completed form and the necessary documents to the officer.
7. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as per the authority request.
8. The authority officer will review the application and process the application.
9. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed properly, the authority will issue the renewed license within 2 weeks.

Need for the Document

• CPD Provider refers to a natural or juridical person accredited by the CPD Council to conduct CPD Programs. "An act mandating and strengthening the continuing professional development program for all regulated professions, creating the Continuing Professional.

Information which might help

• Credit points shall only be counted if the course received is approved by the accreditor and found relevant to the applicant’s current practice.
• All health professionals shall be required to earn at least 30 credit units per year and 90 credit units per three years to get a re-licensure.
• Professional associations may recommend a higher credit point required for their specific professional category. Directive on Continuing Professional Development for Health Professionals
• For CPD courses or activities received from abroad, credit points allocation shall be treated based on the applicable guideline.
• The maximum credit point that can be earned from a single CPD course shall not exceed 15 CEUs.
• Credit points earned from a particular course shall be considered only once within a licensure period.
• CPD CEUs collected during one budget year cannot be transferred to another year
• A trainer shall not be awarded credits for delivering the same course more than once within a licensure period.
