Apply In Person

1. To Obtain Birth Certificate for Immigrants, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of foreign affairs link or the applicant should approach their respective embassies.
2. An application from will be provided to the applicant by the respective officer.
3. Applicant has to fill in all necessary details in the application form (Incomplete application forms are not accepted).
4. Make sure that the applicant has all the necessary documents (photocopies and originals) that are mentioned in “Required Documents” in the section of this page.
5. Applicant should attach the photocopies of the necessary documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting.
6. Submit the application form to the respective officer. The authority will review the application.
7. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority request and submit the receipt as a proof of payment.
8. Upon the successful verification, the birth certificate will be issued within 15 - 30days.
