Procedure

Apply in person:

1. To apply to obtain a Diplomatic passport, the applicant must first submit the required application form for the process to the local police department. Contact link
2. The Egyptian police officer will carry out a full scale inspection of the individual living in the area.
3. The verification is duly signed by high official of the police department and then sent to the regional passport office for further process.
4. The applicant must also submit all the required documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this procedure.
5. The applicant’s identity papers have to be signed by him/her and also by relatives or neighbours during police verification process.
6. Once all the formalities are completed and submitted, the passport arrives by a registered post. After the application is accepted you can pick from the passport immigration and national Authority offices in Egypt.
