Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Get License or Permit for Synthetic Filaments, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Trade and Industry Contact link
2. The applicant should obtain the application form from the authority.
3. Applicant should read carefully in the application form, after all details must be filled in the application form.
4. The applicant has to make sure that he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
5. Once the application form and any relevant supporting information/documents have been completed, signed, stamped, and certified where required.
6. Submit the completed form in two copies along with the supporting documents to the respective office.
7. A fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority request.
8. After receiving the application and documents, the authorities will check the submitted document set.
9. Authorities will process this request either manually or digitally using the computer for electronic processing all the required documents will be scanned.
10. Authorities will issue an acknowledgement receipt for submission of application. Please collect it and please keep it safe for future reference.
11. This application will be forwarded to the respective department for further processing.
12. Once the verification of all the documents and application has been done, the applicant will be informed through phone or email to collect the final license within 60 days.
13. The processing time for this procedure is 2 months.

Need for the Document

• The Certificate or the Synthetic Filaments License acts as a basic registration/license for the business. This Certificate is produced for obtaining many other business licenses and registrations. It serves as proof of the incorporation of commercial establishment or shops.
