Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply Indexing of Animal Health Students in person, the applicant has to approach the MSD Animal Health Office.
2. Address and contact details can be found in the following Contact link.
3. All veterinary medicine animal health students shall be indexed within one month from the date of admission.
4. The students are supposed to make their applications to the Egypt animal health office through the institution where he/she is admitted.
5. Applicant must obtain the application form from the relevant department.
6. Applicant should read carefully in the application form, after all details must be filled in the application form.
7. Applicant must attach passport size photograph, national identity card copy, certificate/result slip and school leaving certificateand they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
8. This process can be done for free of cost.
9. After this the student should submit the application to the institution where he/she is admitted.
10. The institution will forward the students application form to the Egypt animal health office on the behalf of the students.
11. The institution will then summarize the particulars of all the applicants in form and submit the summary together with student’s application to the board within 30 days from the date of admission.
12. For the students to be indexed they must have met the minimum curriculum requirements for the course in which he or she is admitted as set by the board.
13. The Board will go through the application and issue index numbers to the student and send the list of index numbers of the to the training institution.
14. The students can pick their index number from the deans’ office.
15. The processing time for this procedure is two weeks.
