- You also need to submit a Statutory Declaration signed by a Lawyer.
- Pay the registration fee.
Note: If "Dominica" forms part of the Companys name a licence from the Ministry of Tourism and Legal Affairs granting permission for the use of "Dominica" must be submitted upon incorporation.

EligibilityEdit
No signatory to the articles of the said Company is an individual who is:
- less than eighteen years of age;
- is of unsound mind and has been so found by a tribunal in Dominica or elsewhere; or
- has the status of a bankrupt
FeesEdit
Registration Fee of EC $750.00 to be paid at the Registry.
Local Companies Annual Fees:
Companies (Amendment) Regulations, 2002. (S.R.O. 57 of 2002)
In these Regulations the Companies Regulations, 1997 are referred to as "the Principal Regulations".
Regulation 27 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting the following new sub regulations immediately after sub regulation (5):
- "The annual company fee payable under section 9A of the Act shall be as follows:
- for a company whose share capital does not exceed $49,999 - $200.00
- for a company with a share capital from $50,000 to $100,000 - $500.00
- for a company with a share capital from $50,000 to $100,000 - $500.00
- for a company with a share capital from $100,001 to $200,000 - $700.00
- for every additional $100,000 of share capital over $200,000 or part thereof - $100.00

The Companies and Intellectual Property Office was established under Part II of the Patents Act, Act 8 of 1999 (PDF, 1.18 MB). The CIPO is the National Companies and Intellectual Property Registry for the Commonwealth of Dominica and is a Department of the Ministry of Tourism and Legal Affairs.
The Office is responsible for administering legislation, registering and keeping records in relation to Intellectual Property, Companies, Business Names and International Business Companies in Dominica.
