Procedure

1. You should visit the municipality office or the Ministry of Housing, Town planning and environment Department of housing and town planning office near you.
2. Submit the request letter for fencing permit along with the supporting documents (listed below under "Required Documents") to the attending official for verification and processing
3. If the authorized official is satisfied that all the documents are in order you will be issued with the fencing permit within 7 working days.
