Apply In Person

1. To Request Maintenance of Qualification of intermediary Agents Within the Scope of the Social Biofuel Seal, the applicant has to approach the National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
4. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting it.
6. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
7. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
9. Then the application will be processed further.
10. The ANP will review the applicant's request and may conduct assessments or audits to verify his/her continued compliance with the qualification criteria. They may also request additional information or clarification if needed.
11. Once the application review and inspection process are complete, MAPA will make a decision regarding the certification.
12. If the applicant’s request is approved and he/she is found to meet the necessary criteria, the ANP will confirm the maintenance of his/her qualification as an intermediary agent within the scope of the Social Biofuel Seal.
13. This allows the applicant to continue his/her role in facilitating the certification process for biofuel producers.
14. This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

Eligibility

To request maintenance of qualification as an intermediary agent within the scope of the Social Biofuel Seal in Brazil, the applicant must meet the following requirements:
