- To Obtain Permission to Send Tainha Map (SisTainha), the applicant has to make the application online via link
- If the applicant is a first-time user, the applicant will need to create an account by clicking on "Cadastrar Novo Usuário" (Register New User) and filling in the required information, such as the applicant’s name, email address, and password.
- Once the applicant has registered an account and logged in, the applicant can submit a request for permission to send Tainha map data.
- Click on "Nova Solicitação" (New Request) and provide the required information, such as the type of data the applicant wants to send, the purpose of the data transfer, and the recipient of the data.

- After completing the details click the “Submit” button.
- There is no fee for this procedure.
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- Then the application will be processed further.
- The applicant will be notified of the outcome by email.
- If the request is approved, the applicant will be given instructions on how to send the Tainha map data.
- This entire process can be completed within 5 - 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
