Apply In Person

1. To Obtain a Certificate of Synchronism with the Brazilian Legal Time By the National Observatory, the applicant has to approach the Observatório Nacional link
2. Depending on the type of equipment, you may need to schedule a calibration or synchronization session with the National Observatory. During this session, the observatory will adjust your device's time to match the Brazilian Legal Time.

12. Once your device has been synchronized or calibrated, and the necessary procedures are completed, you will receive the Certificate of Synchronism from the National Observatory.
13. This entire process can be completed within 15 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
