Apply In Person

1. To Apply to Issue Mirror of Settled Beneficiary, the applicant has to approach the National Institute of Social Security – INSS link

9. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
10. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
11. Once the application has been processed, the applicant will be issued a CTPS booklet.
12. If the application is approved, the applicant will receive the Mirror of Settled Beneficiary document. This document serves as proof of the his/her status as a settled beneficiary and is typically required for various purposes, such as accessing social security benefits or pension-related matters.
13. This entire process can be completed within 15 - 20 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
