Apply In Person

1. To Apply for Encceja Certificate IF GOIANO, the applicant has to approach the Federal Institute of Goiás link
2. Determine if the event you attended offers Certificates of Participation. Some events, particularly academic or professional conferences, workshops, seminars, and training sessions, may provide certificates to participants.
3. Attend the event you wish to receive a Certificate of Participation for. Make sure to participate actively, attend sessions, workshops, and activities as required.
4. Some events may require participants to complete certain tasks, such as signing in at sessions or workshops, submitting feedback forms, or participating in discussions.
5. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
6. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
7. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
8. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
9. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
10. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority. (If required)
11. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
12. Then the application will be processed further.
13. Once your participation has been verified, the event organizers will issue the Certificate of Participation. This could be in physical or digital format.
14. Follow the instructions provided by the event organizers to collect your Certificate of Participation.
15. This entire process can be completed within 20 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

Eligibility
