- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining Hostel License or Permit
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to download the application : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please click “New Trade License” option highlighted in RED under “Trade License” menu.
- Step 4 : Now click “Register Me” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image for registration.
- Step 5 : Then read the instruction given in the popup box and click “Ok” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : Now complete the registration form and click the checkbox highlighted in RED. Then click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 7 : Now set a new password and click “Submit” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : Again do login using the valid credentials and click “Submit” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 9 : Now complete the application form with appropriate details.
- Step 10 : Upload necessary documents to process your request. Then click “Submit” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 11 : After successful submission, you will receive the confirmation message.
- Step 12 : On the notified date, after verification process, applicant can obtain the license.
