  2. After verification of the documents birth certificate will be issued on the spot

  • Documents that parents or guardians may file with the Civil Registry Officer, to apply for registration are:
  • Certificate of live birth.
  • Library vaccines.
  • School registration book.
  • Any document bearing the child name

InstructionsEdit

  • Registration may be done by Parent
  • consanguineous relatives to the third degree (grandparents and uncles).
  • In the absence of family members can apply for authorities: municipal, ecclesiastical, administrative, judicial, in shelters for abandoned children.
  • Parents must provide the following when registering for children and teens
  • Marriage certificate or family book for parents.
  • Records of recognition by a parent.
  • Medical certificate of live birth.
  • Judicial Judgment declaring parenthood.
  • Judicial Judgment declaring possession of state.
  • "Presumption of Parentage" (Article 65 EPC) The mother or father to single indication WARRANT REGISTER YOUR CHILD WITH TWO NAMES.

  • Names of the parents
  • City and province of birth
  • The date, name and signature of the certifying Registrar, Acting Registrar or Secretary, and the office seal.



Need for the DocumentEdit

Registrations are performed directly at Civil Registry Office of 0-12 years. Applicants must submit: Identity Card, or RUN military service ID card or passport (CREDITED YOUR IDENTITY DOCUMENTS OR HAVE REQUESTED THE AFFIDAVIT OF TWO WITNESSES). Registration and first birth certificate for children are absolutely free and permanent indefinitely, this right so do teenagers for three years,
