Procedure

How to apply:

1. You should contact the the CAISSE National security social (CNSS) office near you for more information.
2. Write pension request letter addressed Head of Agency or to the Director General of the CNSS outlining reason for the request for the pension benefit.
3. Submit the request letter with the supporting documents (listed below) for verification and it will be given for processing.
4. if the authorized officer is satisfied that all the document submitted are authentic, your application will be approved within 2 working days.
5. You will be notified of the responses by the office and given further instruction.

• The insurance booklet (s) or card issued by the fund
• The IPRAO card
• Identification documents
• Work certificate justifying all salaries activities
• A pension requests
• Three passport photos
• Certified medical report/certificate
• Any other document that may be required by the authority
