Replacing a Lost Licence:
- The license holder must make a report to the police and obtain a written statement form them.
- Bring the written statement to the Barbados Licensing Authority, along with your request.
- Pay the replacement fee. If the lost licence was still valid at the time it was lost a $100 fee must be paid to have it replaced, if the licence has expired the renewal charge will be added to the $100 fee.
- The license holder must also present their National Identification Card when renewing their driving licence.

- Written report from the police. (The form is available at all police stations and must be filled out there and stamped)
- National Identification Card. (Not required but it doesn't hurt to walk with it)
