Apply Online

1. To Download or View Birth Certificate, the applicant has to make an online process through the following link
2. Select the download certificate option on the right side of the home page.
3. Now select Services RTPS and enter the application reference number, Applicant name.
4. Enter the complete details and click on the “Download Certificate” button.
5. Now the birth certificate details are presented on the page.
6. The applicant can check and view the certificate.
7. Also, the applicant can download the birth certificate by clicking the “Print” button.
8. To Download or View the Birth Certificate, the fee is free of cost.
9. The processing time for this procedure is within a minute.

Apply through CSC

1. To Download or View Birth Certificate, the applicant has to approach the nearest CSC link

   NOTE: To check the contact details of CSC centre, please select the District and Block.

2. The applicant has to visit the nearest centre.
3. The applicant has to inform all the details to the respective officer.
4. The officer will enter the details in the portal with the given details.
5. The applicant will get the downloaded certificate from the officer.
6. To Download or View the Birth Certificate, the fee is free of cost.
7. The processing time for this procedure is within a minute.
