Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Renew Driver License, the applicant has to approach nearest Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) centre, regional DoT office or agent. Contact details are mentioned in “Office Locations & Contacts” of this page. Or use the following given Contact Link
2. The applicant has to fill-in all the details in the form.
3. Applicant should make sure to attach all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
4. Submit the application with the required document to appropriate office.

6. The fee of this procedure is mentioned under the “Fees” section of this page.
7. Government of Western Australia will issue the certificate and notice the applicant.

• If your licence has been expired for more than five years, you must reapply.
