ProcedureEdit

Apply In-Person:

  1. To Obtain Certificate of Origin, the applicant has to approach authorised State and Territory Chambers of Commerce. Contact details are mentioned in “Office Locations & Contacts” of this page. Or use the following given Link
  2. The applicant has to get the application from authorised State and Territory Chambers of Commerce.
  3. The applicant has to fill-in all the details in the form.
  4. Applicant should make sure to attach all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
  5. Submit the application with the required document to appropriate office.
  6. Submitting address is mentioned in “Office Locations & Contacts” of this page.
  7. Fee of this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
  8. Australian Government authorised State and Territory Chambers of Commerce will issue the certificate and notify the applicant.
