Procedure

1. Fill up the application form.
2. Submit form along with all the required documents.
3. Once your application is approved you will received a Certificate evidencing registration.

• Certificate Enrollment Matrix Building
• Charge in value (in Kwanza)
• Form duly completed and signed
• Trade Certificate, if company
• Registration of a property built in the state (GPL)
• Deed of Constitution of Surface Rights

Eligibility

To be able to register a property you must be:

• The owner
• Authorized by the owner

Fees

Explain the fees structure which is required for obtaining the certificate/document.

Validity

Explain the time until which the certificate/document is valid.
e.g. Birth Certificate Valid Forever

Applications are filed at DNRN - Registrar of the Land Registry Luanda.

Required Information

A list which displays the kind of information which is required to complete the procedure.
e.g.
1. Date of Birth.
2. City or County of Birth.

Need for the Document

It is very important to register a property (building) under your name, through this your are able to establish ownership of the said property. This will also will provide you with evidence of title, giving you rights to facilitate transactions involving the property and prevent its unlawful disposal.
